第1条（収集する情報）

本サービスでは、以下の情報を取得する場合があります。

1. アカウント情報：メールアドレス、パスワード（暗号化して保存）
2. 利用履歴：分析回数、利用プラン、分析リクエスト日時
3. 決済情報：クレジットカード情報は決済代行サービス事業者が安全に管理しており、当サービスでは保持しません
4. 分析対象情報：ユーザーが入力した物件URL、および当該URLから取得した物件情報
5. アクセス情報：IPアドレス、ブラウザ種別、アクセス日時等のログ情報

第2条（利用目的）

取得した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

1. 本サービスの提供・運営・改善
2. ユーザーの本人確認および利用回数の管理
3. 有料プランの課金処理
4. サービスの利用状況の分析・統計
5. 重要なお知らせ・メンテナンス情報の通知
6. 不正利用の防止およびセキュリティの確保
7. お問い合わせへの対応

第3条（第三者提供）

1. 運営者は、以下の場合を除き、ユーザーの個人情報を第三者に提供しません。

第4条（データの保管とセキュリティ）

1. 個人情報はクラウドセキュリティ機能により保護された環境に保管されます。
2. 通信はSSL/TLSにより暗号化されています。
3. パスワードはハッシュ化して保存され、平文では保持しません。
4. クレジットカード情報は当サービスのサーバーに保存されず、決済代行サービス事業者が PCI DSS に準拠した環境で安全に管理します。

第5条（AI分析データの取り扱い）

1. ユーザーが入力した物件URLおよびそこから取得した物件情報は、AI分析処理のために外部APIに送信されます。
2. 分析結果はユーザーへの表示目的で一時的に処理されますが、個人を特定する形での永続的な保存は行いません。
3. AI分析に使用するデータが、AIモデルの学習に使用されることはありません（利用するAI分析サービスの利用規約に準拠）。

第6条（Cookieの使用）

1. 本サービスでは、ユーザー認証状態の維持のためにCookie及びローカルストレージを使用します。
2. ブラウザの設定によりCookieを無効にすることも可能ですが、一部の機能が利用できなくなる場合があります。

第7条（ユーザーの権利）

ユーザーは、以下の権利を有します。

1. 開示請求：保有する個人情報の開示を求めることができます。
2. 訂正・削除：個人情報の訂正または削除を求めることができます。
3. アカウント削除：アカウントの完全な削除を要求できます。

第8条（未成年の利用）

本サービスは原則として18歳以上の方を対象としています。18歳未満の方が利用される場合は、保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。

1. Property URLs entered by users and property information retrieved from those URLs are transmitted to an external API for AI analysis processing.
2. Analysis results are processed temporarily for display to the user; they are not persistently stored in a form that identifies individual users.
3. Data used for AI analysis will not be used to train AI models (subject to the terms of the AI analysis service used).

Article 6 (Use of Cookies)

1. The Service uses cookies and local storage to maintain user authentication states.
2. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features may become unavailable as a result.

Users have the following rights:
